Great read and writing! I am very much in favor of using design thinking for personal development and career growth — similar approach in my coaching and design solutions.
A question: i see how trying the pastry position was prototyping, yet what made you call interviewing people in other positions “prototyping”? Is that not a quick and dirty design based on one’s own research and isn’t it necessary to experience it oneself? Of course there is empathy with how people solves career choices for themselves, but that’s their solution. Curious to hear your point!
And also thumbs up for addressing burnout and taking the law degree and skills across disciplines.
