About Me

1 min readMar 10, 2015

I share here about all that and which pertains to making communication and situations in small and mid-sized companies or systems smoother. Yes, not “better”, because “good” and “bad” opens up a whole different conversation about values and belief systems. But what makes daily functioning become more frictionless? How can we benefit from openness towards conflicts — first identifying them, then embracing them, and ultimately surpassing them?

I am a native German, with master’s level college degrees in psychology disciplines from each country and continent. Initially, I set out to build a figurative bridge between cultures and practices that relates to all that is psychology.

I am also a certified yogi, yoga teacher and student. “To master, teach.. ” which I have been since 2008. Adding such bodywork to my speech-heavy profession has proven to be a hard learned and anchoring solution.

And finally, I write as a person who is wearing multiple hats and who cares a lot about issues of gender, power, equality and individual choices to improve situations for human beings in similar situations. Yes, it’s a “dog eats dog” world out there, yet, if “bitch helped bitch” — amping up the community power — a tidbit more — just imagine. And that’s where my passion and talent for solutions kick in.

Now say “hi”, in whatever language and mood
